1Roof4u's offers services to you, the "User", conditioned on your agreement to adhere to the following terms of use without modification of any kind. Your registration with 1Roof4u and/or use of 1Roof4u's services constitutes your agreement to these terms of use. These Terms of Use are subject to change at any time, without prior notice.

1Roof4u allows Users to locate and evaluate proposals from independent third party real estate professionals and owners. Users (whether a Property buyer, Seller, Agent and Builder, Third party) agree to supply 1Roof4u with information about themselves and the property they want to sell or hope to buy. 1Roof4u will use this information within 1Roof4u and to provide certain details on an anonymous or non-anonymous basis depending on the 1Roof4u service to third parties who are, in most cases, appropriate members of its real estate agent network or lawyers or Users registered with 1Roof4u. Users may also agree to have the information he/she has supplied to 1Roof4u forwarded to real estate or other third-party professionals referred by 1Roof4u. As 1Roof4u uses email, on an almost exclusive basis, to provide 1Roof4u services, all 1Roof4u users must consent to receive Email from 1Roof4u to register for 1Roof4u services. 1Roof4u users will also be required to consent to receive emails from third party(ies) if the 1Roof4u service requested requires services from a third party(ies)(for example, a local real estate agent).

To assure the value of 1Roof4u's services, you agree that all of the information you have provided to 1Roof4u, whether on line or otherwise, is accurate and complete. 1Roof4u reserves its right to terminate or suspend access to any user information that is alleged to be inaccurate or misleading. If required by the terms of the 1Roof4u service requested by User, you authorize 1Roof4u to forward your information to its network of real estate professionals and third parties according to the terms of the 1Roof4u service that you use.

1Roof4u may refer real estate professionals to Users, but 1Roof4u does not engage in real estate broker services. Real Estate brokerage activities are performed by local Real Estate Professionals that have been referred to you by 1Roof4u. The terms of any agreement between a real estate professional and 1Roof4u are not endorsed, recommended or otherwise known to or by 1Roof4u.

For its services 1Roof4u may receive payment as per plans offered by 1Roof4u. 1Roof4u does not believe in percentage of the commission received by the real estate professionals involved in the real estate transaction. There won't be any 1Roof4u's payment due to an agreement between User and the real estate professional involved. Your registration with 1Roof4u and use of 1Roof4u services constitutes your acknowledgment of, and agreement to, this compensation arrangement. 1Roof4u is not responsible for any of the dealings between the User and real estate dealer / builder but definitely can help or advice any of them.

1Roof4u may offer other services like getting property verified by top Lawyers, getting home loans, etc. 1Roof4u does not involve in the transactions between the third party and the User. 1Roof4u just forwards the third party to the user or can give the required information to the User to meet his/her needs. There won't be any 1Roof4u's payment due to an agreement between User and the third party. User is free to choose any third party services as per his convenience. 1Roof4u is not responsible for any of the dealings between the User and the third part and definitely can help or advice any of them.

1Roof4u may from time to time offer eligible Users promotional opportunities to use of 1Roof4u's services within a particular time frame. These opportunities may include but are not limited to discounts, rebates, gift certificates, points or other incentives that are only available to Users who use a 1Roof4u services. User eligibly for a particular promotion will be defined in the terms of each promotion. Not all Users may be eligible to receive all promotional opportunities.

This service is a free service that provides potential Property Buyers with web access to Property listings. To view 1Roof4u's Property listings, users is not required to be a member of 1Roof4u, but to contact the concerned person for selected Property, User is required to submit some of the information and become a member of 1Roof4u. Once User shortlists some of the properties and submits his information with 1Roof4u, he can view the contact person's details and hence can contact them and come to deal as per his convenience. The responsibility of the Properties listed with 1Roof4u by any User(rather Owner or Real Estate Dealer/Builder) lies with the person who owns it or with the concerned person. 1Roof4u is not responsible for the information displayed. 1Roof4u definitely deletes an information about a property that is old by 3 months. The User can negotiate with the Agent or Owner as per his convenience, 1Roof4u will not participate in any of the transactions. Buyers can definitely convey the hospitality of the Agents or Builders to provide their ratings.

This service is a free service that provides the information of Property Dealers / Builders / Agents registered with 1Roof4u. User can search for the Property Dealers to meet any of the requirements. 1Roof4u is not responsible for any of the dealings between User and Agents. It is whole sole User's responsibility to choose any of the Agent that meets his requirements. 1Roof4u will always welcome the comments from Users regarding the services provided by registered Agents to provide rating. In exceptional cases due to some extreme actions of an Agent, 1Roof4u has rights to de-register that Agent without giving any prior notice.

This service is a free service that is provided by 1Roof4u for the registered Users. User is introduced to best Lawyer looking after the concerned area. User is free to check the credibility of the Lawyer. As far as 1Roof4u is concerned, 1Roof4u will provide the best services to the customers. If user avails this option, he is bound to provide some documents related to the concerned property. User also agrees that the concerned lawyer can contact the User either through email or through contact numbers provided.

From time to time 1Roof4u may include on its www.1Roof4u.com site, third parity services such as a Moving Center or a Home Improvement Center, etc. 1Roof4u posts these services on its site as a service to its Users who may be interested in such services. 1Roof4u is not responsible and makes no warranty or representation as to the quality or performance of the services offered. 1Roof4u advises all users to carefully review each third party service offering prior to engagement with any third party service provider.

A User is expected to pay all Charges on time and may be required to submit an accompanying payment and/or payment authorization in connection with Charges. Credit card transactions require an acceptable and currently working credit card number. 1Roof4u may terminate or disable Users account if User fails to pay any amount due to 1Roof4u when due. If the credit card expires or otherwise declines payment access to 1Roof4u can be modified or suspended. If payment is more than thirty (30) calendar days past due an additional 15% of the balance, may be assessed on the total amount of the late payment, and the entire amount unpaid Charges or other outstanding balance (if any), plus this assessment, will become immediately due and payable. The User shall pay all costs of collection, including legal fees, incurred by 1Roof4u. The User is responsible for any premium Charges incurred in connection with the use of and/or by requesting or accessing 1Roof4u information, content, goods, product or services that are provided at an extra cost. Each time 1Roof4u is accessed or used, the User affirms that 1Roof4u is authorized to obtain payment from through a selected payment method. All fees are quoted and payable in Indian Rupee. The User is also responsible for paying all applicable taxes for information, contents, goods, products or services and any other costs incurred in connection with the use of or access to 1Roof4u including Charges incurred on your account by the User, or anyone the User allows to use the User's account.

Users complete billing address and telephone number must be provided to process payments. 1Roof4u accepts major credit cards including Visa and MasterCard and for some Charges may accept bank drafts including personal checks, money orders, cashiers checks, and company checks. However, for non-credit card payment methods 1Roof4u may not credit the applicable Membership account until additional procedures are completed and after the bank certifies receipt of funds - typically ten (10) business days. 1Roof4u may charge as per actuals for each check returned unpaid for insufficient funds or any other reason.

A User may always contact 1Roof4u customer service by e-mail or telephone concerning Charges or other questions regarding the status of a Membership account. However, if not satisfactorily resolved within fifteen (15) business days of calling or sending e-mail, and in no event later than ninety (90) days after a questionable billing or other discrepancy should have been discovered, the User must write to the

By completing your registration with 1Roof4u.com as a Real Estate Professional, you agree that:
a. You are of legal age and are otherwise capable of forming a legally binding contract; and have obtained all necessary permissions within your business (if applicable) to participate in the 1Roof4u services;
b. All information you submit to 1Roof4u is accurate and complete and that you will maintain and promptly update such Profile, or other Information supplied to 1Roof4u or to Users to ensure accuracy at all times;
c. You agree to be contacted via Email by 1Roof4u, and third parties if relevant, regarding 1Roof4u's services;
f. If you are registered with 1Roof4u, you are bound to provide all sorts of services to customers directed by 1Roof4u.
g. You hereby grant 1Roof4u permission to e-mail or display your Profile and other information as may be supplied by you to 1Roof4u on or from 1Roof4u's website (www.1Roof4u.com) and such other partner and affiliate websites as 1Roof4u shall deem advisable in its sole determination for marketing purposes.
h. 1Roof4u reserves the right to terminate the participation of any Real Estate Professional whose feedback rating falls below a minimum level set by 1Roof4u, at 1Roof4u's sole discretion.
i. The responsibility of the information published by you or on your behalf lies with you. It is your responsibility to post the latest information of the Property. If the property is sold/rent out, responsibility of changing the status of Property lies with you. 1Roof4u is free to change the information of Property anytime, if posted property is older than 3 months, 1Roof4u is free to delete that information from the your account..

By completing your registration with 1Roof4u.com as a potential Property Buyer or Property Seller or an Agent, you agree that:
a. You are of legal age and are otherwise capable of forming a legally binding contract;
b. You are interested in purchasing/selling property or both;
c. You are interested in purchasing/selling property located in Delhi NCR region;
d. You agree to be contacted via Email or other means by 1Roof4u regarding 1Roof4u services;
e. You acknowledge that 1Roof4u recommends your independent use of all appropriate government, public, consumer and other agencies or sources to verify Real Estate Professional license status and background and any other third party as 1Roof4u.com makes no such representations and or warranties about any real estate professional or any third party that may be involved in any of the services provided by 1Roof4u.
f. As a Property Buyer or Seller, you are not bound to accept any of the Proposals submitted. Proposals are not binding offers and are not intended to create a contractual or agency relationship between you and the real estate professional. Any information posted by a Real Estate Professional or an owner through the 1Roof4u are the sole responsibility of the Real Estate Professionals or owners. 1Roof4u disclaims any liability arising from and the accuracy of any information posted by User. It is your responsibility to evaluate the nature of any information posted .
g.As a Property seller, responsibility of the information published by you or on your behalf lies with you. It is your responsibility to post the latest information of the Property. If the property is sold/rent out, responsibility of changing the status of Property lies with you. 1Roof4u is free to change the information of Property anytime, if posted property is older than 3 months, 1Roof4u is free to delete that information from the User's account.

1Roof4u reserves the right to cancel the membership of any user in any 1Roof4u Service at any time due to Users breach of the these terms of use, the terms and conditions of any service that user may have registered. All fees due to 1Roof4u up to the point of termination shall remain payable to 1Roof4u, any pre paid fees received by 1Roof4u for services not delivered up to the point of termination shall be refunded. A user may cancel by delivering a written notice at least thirty (30) days prior to the annual membership renewal charge date requesting cancellation addressed to the

Real estate agents who register for 1Roof4u services, agree that 1Roof4u may link or otherwise drive traffic to that Real Estate agent website from time to time in 1Roof4u's sole discretion.
